All products featured on calcadtf.com are of high quality with stable performance, produced according to international quality standards, and provided with an official quality guarantee.

For each product category, please refer to the Warranty terms specified on the product page.

Standard Warranty Coverage
1. Lifetime Technical Support
2. Limited to 1-year warranty on non-consumable parts
3. Warranty on parts applies only to printers using CALCA DTF inks and films, and maintained under proper usage conditions.
4. Use of non-CALCA ink and film will void any warranties offered for the CALCA DTF Roll Printer.

Exceptions: Consumable Items (Not Covered)
- All Printers: Components that come in contact with inks – ink system, print heads, capping station (ink station), dampers, ink pump, ink tank, ink mixer, ink lines, power pump; consumable parts such as CR motor, encoder strip, belt, decoder, sensors, wiper, print head cables, fans, RIP software (discs or digital).
- All Oven/Shaker: Shaker blades, oven belt, heating/curing bulbs.
- All Filters: Replacement filter, activated carbon, filter cotton, air hose.

Warranty Service Procedure & Limitations
Company or person requesting warranty repair shall contact CALCA for pre-authorization and selection of a qualified repair technician prior to performing service. Failure to request pre-authorization will result in denial of a warranty claim.
CALCA will not be liable for labor or material costs associated with graphic production, graphic application, equipment downtime, or any other consequential damages including loss of profits or potential business sales arising out of a warranty claim. The user is responsible for securing the equipment and surrounding area to prevent damage from a warranty claim. CALCA is not responsible for damages from improper care, maintenance, or repair of equipment associated with normal operation.

Free Consultation & On-site Training
We provide free consultation (email, instant messaging, live chat on website, telephone calling, etc.) for all our items. If necessary, we can arrange engineer(s) to give free training at your premises – you will be responsible for travel costs (air ticket, board and lodging, etc.). For machines out of the warranty period, if our engineer(s) are required on-site, all fares, accommodation, and incidental expenses shall be borne by the customer, and a service fee of USD $100 per day will be charged.

EXTENDED WARRANTY (Optional)
- Printers: Extend to 2 years for an additional $999 (based on the original 1-year warranty)
- Other Equipment: Extend to 2 years for an additional $599
